How you work it

  • + on an empty cell schedules that tour that day. Tap again for a second departure (you will see 2×).
  • A cell like 7/8 is 7 booked of 8 seats. 2× 12/16 is two vans that day, 12 booked of 16.
  • Drag across a row (Excel-style) to run a tour every day of the week in one gesture. Painting is instant; it commits when you let go.
  • An empty scheduled cell can be removed; a cell with bookings opens that day on the Daily Board instead.
