Daily board · date navigation prototypes

Four ways to replace the scrolling day bar on top of the board. Same fake July data in each (seats left, FULL = sold out, dash = no tours). Click around each one. From the Silvio call: see the whole month, small tabs, jump in chunks, reach any date without endless scrolling.

Option A — Paginated window (today first, jump by batch)

Starts on today, shows ~14 days. The arrows jump a whole window (the next 14 days), not one day. Tap a day to select it. Closest to the current bar, just fixed: forward-looking, no endless scroll.

Option B — Whole month, tiny tabs (no scrolling)

Silvio's literal ask: see the ENTIRE month in one glance, small tabs (no left-right scroll). Month arrows change the month. Tap any day. Densest, everything visible at once.

Option C — Compact trigger + calendar popover (jump to any date)

Just a small date button on the board. Click it and a month grid opens, so you can jump straight to any day, even October, in two clicks. Takes almost no space until opened. Familiar (like any date picker).

Option D — Month pills + day row (pick month, then day)

Two levels: tap the month to jump far ahead (October is one tap), then pick the day below. Keeps the day tabs but makes far-future jumps instant.

Selected Jul 1

How to choose

Likely best: C for reaching any date combined with A/B for the always-visible near days. A small date-picker button next to a short today-first strip.
