Operator booking: who sets the pickup time?

On the operator booking form, after the hotel is picked. Today the office sets the time later. The operator should be able to set a specific time or leave it to the office. Four options below, each is the same control in the booking context.

Option A — Two choices (radio)

An explicit choice. Defaults to the office; the operator opts in to setting a time. Clearest, one extra tap when they do set it.

Option B — One optional field

A single optional control. Empty means the office will set it. Minimal, but the empty-equals-office rule is less obvious.

If left empty, the office sets the time and confirms.

Option C — Segmented toggle

Two buttons, the active one highlighted. Reads well on a phone. Same behavior as A, more visual.

Option D — Smart default from the hotel

The system already knows the usual pickup time for each hotel, so it pre-fills it. The operator just confirms it, changes it, or hands it to the office. Fastest, needs per-hotel times maintained.

Usual for Barcelo Castillo: 09:45
Info:
Whatever the operator picks, the office still sees it and can change it. The default path (office sets the time) stays exactly as it works today.
