Two fixes: the operator gets a real calendar (book far ahead, cruise season is a year out), and it doubles as the availability heatmap (total seats per day, colored), so it replaces the heavy tours×days grid. Pick a day → see per-tour seats. My bookings now gets its own full-width panel instead of a cramped column.
Calendar on the left (month heatmap + navigate to any month). Right: the selected day's per-tour availability on top, and My bookings with real room below.
The operator view is light (calendar + a few bookings), so on tablet it keeps the calendar on the left, unlike the manager board, whose dense manifest forces the calendar behind a 📅 button at this width. Same layout as desktop, just narrower.
Week strip with a seats total per day + a 📅 button that drops the full calendar (to jump to any date). Then tabs: the day's tours, or My bookings.
