The whole board, not just the tours. Above them: the view-as bar, History / Print / Export PDF / Export XLS, the stats (tours / pax / vehicles / drivers), and the guides + vans availability panel, plus the date navigation. All of it fights for space against 8 tours × 3+ bookings. Here is how every piece collapses at each width.
View-as bar, title + 4 export buttons, stats row, full guides/vans pills, sticky month calendar on the left, and the full 9-column manifest tables. Only desktop has room for all of it at once.

Exports collapse to History / Print / ⋯. Stats stay as a compact row. Guides/vans hide behind a “Guides/Vans ▸” toggle. Calendar behind a 📅 button. Manifest drops to compact cards, two tours per row.
View-as + all exports go into a ⋯ menu. Stats become one line. Guides/vans collapse to “Guides 8 · 1 off · Vans 11 ▸”. Calendar is the week strip + 📅. Tours are collapsible sections; each booking is one compact card. The chrome gets out of the way so the tours have room.
Rule of thumb: on small screens, everything above the tours becomes a summary you tap to expand, so the tours (the actual job) keep the screen. The always-on chrome is a desktop luxury.
